Nikolaus Guido has been active internationally as a business consultant to top management in the financial and manufacturing industry for many years. His areas of focus include corporate strategic development as well as preparing for and stewarding sustainable transformations.

He strongly believes that combining strategy and design – and the intensive dialogue between both disciplines – is critical to authentically positioning companies on the market for the long-term and to carrying out responsive transformations efficiently and sustainably. The Design Strategy Board serves as a platform for him to review and hone new ideas and findings in stimulating dialogue.

Nikolaus Guido is the founder and managing director of the consulting firm Prospire, Strategy & Performance. The firm advises companies and business units on strategic direction and supports executives in its implementation.
